St John’s Wood Pre-Prep is a small independent school in North London. They have fortnightly tours of the school and parents register for the school once they have been for a visit.

The objective was to run a digital marketing campaign both targetting in London and internationally to increase the number of school tour bookings. It is an on going project.

Marketing and admin content used:

– Search engine marketing – Google Ads with ad groups for London based parents and international based parents who are moving to London

– Social media – Facebook and Instagram adverts for target groups located in London

– Email lists – we have created email lists for parents that sign up for tours and send out occasional emails with information and news

– Online booking system – we implemented an online booking system to improve efficiency and ease of use

– Website update and SEO – We worked with the schools’ previous web developers on the upgrading of their website and have made Search engine optimisation tweaks

– Optimisation of admin activities – we created an online form for parents to fill in rather than the previous paper version for school registrations

Results:

– They are now having full tours booked months in advance

– In the first 30 days, their tour bookings increased by 250%
